Questions, answered
Is the deposit really refundable?
Yes — in full, any time before you sign the final build order. Reservation order determines delivery order, so reserving early costs nothing and holds your slot.
What's the real-world range with camping gear?
Expect 300–340 km loaded at motorway speeds, more on country roads. The 400 km WLTP figure is for the base vehicle; the pop-top adds about 4% drag when closed.
Does cooking and the fridge drain the driving battery?
Barely. A full day of induction cooking plus 24 h of fridge use draws roughly 2 kWh — under 3% of the battery, about 12 km of range.
Can I sleep in it in winter?
Every trim has stationary heating and cooling from the heat pump, so the cabin holds temperature overnight in any season. Terra and Vista are three-season campers; Altus adds a winter package — high-output heating and a 4-season insulated canvas — tested to −15 °C.
What about warranty and servicing?
The Kia base vehicle keeps its full 7-year/150,000 km warranty, serviced at any Kia dealer. The Aurelis conversion carries its own 5-year warranty.
Which markets do you deliver to?
EU and UK at launch. Left-hand and right-hand drive both available. Other markets follow as Kia expands PV5 availability.
