Who we are
The Stable EOOD (“Aurelis”, “we”) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Registered office: 84 Cherni Vrah Blvd., Sofia, Bulgaria. You can reach us at info@aurelis.mobile.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us:
- Interest & fleet enquiries — your name, email, company (for fleet enquiries), the trim or fleet size you select, and any message you add.
- Technical logs — our host records standard server data such as IP address and browser type to serve the site securely.
Why we use it, and the legal basis
We use your enquiry details to reply to you, prepare quotes, and — if you ask — keep you updated about the Aurelis One. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR). We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who processes it
Form submissions are transmitted and emailed to us by FormSubmit, acting as our processor. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, and we use Cloudflare Web Analytics for privacy-friendly, cookieless traffic measurement. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, and delete it on request.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or object to its use. Email info@aurelis.mobile and we'll action it. You also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority.
Cookies & analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and measures traffic in aggregate without tracking or profiling individuals.
